Distributor Sales
Representative
July 2019 - Present
I work with people everyday and I love it! Supporting 15 core client accounts, I analyze market trends and sales data to develop specialized strategies to increase stock orders and promote growth for our distributors. I am their first line of communication, stopping in to visit branches and provide training/guidance to front end sales teams, quotation specialists and purchasing personnel. I assess client needs to increase profits, creating personalized marketing materials and promotions to engage internal personnel and customers.
Marketing & Communications Associate
June 2017 - June 2019
This position really introduced me to digital marketing and interactive customer campaigns! Creating and scheduling content for our university's Facebook and Instagram pages, I assisted in branded video creation, acted as a campus ambassador and I designed digitally optimized graphics for our 26,000+ campus community. This led to an 450% increase in social media engagement and 200% increase in event attendance.

I also assisted in planning 8+ large scale events per year, acting as the key liaison for our diverse partner group to secure performers, vendors and services.

This position allowed me to be an intrinsic part of LinkedIn's Student Voices launch!
Geared towards college students and young professionals, I highlighted LinkedIn's services, creating and promoting my own content to encourage peers to work on their own personal branding.

Many students don't think about their professional marketing and this was a great way
to bring awareness to how services like LinkedIn can aid in creating a strong professional persona.
Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
February 2016 - May 2018
This position introduced me to data gathering and analysis! Responsible for auditing 10+ dining locations, I recorded and enforced health and safety policies for establishments servicing 26,000 people, leading to a more than 41% decrease in violations over a 2 year period. I also enhanced inventory management practices to better store and track food use, reducing food waste and increasing profit by 25% and 7%, respectively.

And to include consumer data in our reports, I created a front-end assessment system to log customer feedback, increasing satisfaction rates more than 34%.
