What is TK the Mentor?
TK the Mentor is a Career Development Initiative dedicated to the bridging the gap between Black and Brown people and their professional achievements. So many intelligent and talented students and young professionals have not had the access to – or foresight to search for – mentors and experts to advise them. How do you apply for a prestigious fellowship, a summer research opportunity, or a game-changing mentorship if you don’t know that it exists? That's where TK the Mentor comes in.

My name is T'kheya Yisrael and I'm a young professional and New York native specializing in sales, marketing strategy, and business strategy.
Throughout my life, I’ve had many challenges, but I've approached them all with enthusiasm, creativity, and a ceaseless desire to achieve success. This passion and dedication have paved the way to countless opportunities, unique experiences, and exceptional relationships both personally and professionally.
My goal with this site and as a Black woman is to highlight my experiences and achievements, and provide resources to other emerging professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.
So many young people don't have the network and resources to truly excel - that's what I want to provide.
